Our approach provides a bridge between enforcement and communities- we provide opportunities for training and education for community members such as the youth, veterans and other residents in the communities, while providing long term careers not just short-term transactional jobs. Community policing challenges can be addressed in many ways- we believe training students the right way on issues such as escalation protocols, critical thinking skills, and personal bias awareness are great ways to make a major difference. Our training programs are provided in partnership with our community outreach non-profit arm- These two focus areas enable our overall goals to “train, clean up our communities and rebuild”
